This year I have really like having a Net book to work on because it is cool to work on.
Another thing i like is that you have your own Emil and you and you can read your in box.
There are many reasons why you have a net book cos net book are Important and you have to look aft it for 3 year.

I like to go on my net book because when we get to write and there are mistakes we get to undo it. Another thing was when we are writing we get to share our work with the world. On our blog.

Outta This World

The storm in Saturn is very big. You would die from the storm in Saturn so it would not be a good idea to go there. So think before you go there or something can happen to you.

So I said to my self it would be a good idea but when I want to look on google it look’s bad.

One tree hill

Sliding down the hill avoiding the rocks and pool.Finally reaching the crate was this the end ‘’Look up there.’’Tumbling and giggling they dirt came rolling down.Watching other people coming down it was so funny running and sliding. I was nervous and tumbling to come down ow ow.

Alien snot

Yuck Alien snot running down my hand gooey and smelly.

Room 13 made Alien snot it was yuck and EWW i said to my self.Miss king put us in to group of 4.

Then Miss King put the ingredients in to the bowl we began to stir it. Step one you put one cup of cornflour in to the bowl. Next Step you put One little cup of water. Third Step you put a little of green food coloring in to the bowl.

As my group was stirring the bowl it was so hard like a rock.When i picked it up the Alien snot it was slimy.My hand was dirty yuck i said to my friend they think that too.

That was really fun i said to Miss King. In the end the snot went everywhere in room 13.Yuck and dirty the Alien snot went on my uniform YUCK Alien snot on me.

what did i enjoy

I have enjoyed maths because it is fun for me and helps me.So when i go to the shop i can add how much I need.

Things i didn’t enjoy

Writing because it is not fun to me and it is boring. I think the topics we have been writing about I don’t know much about. I don't like to sit there for too long.

what did i learn

I learn all about my fractions because i learn so when i go on maths whizz i know my fractions.


How do i feel about my term overall

This term was like finishing our work most of it was writing. Like i said sat there and finishing it.


what did i find most interesting

I found the Internet interesting because when i came to this school didn’t anything about the Internet so then i learn about it and then i get it. It is easy for me to search for stuff I don't know.


what could i have done better to help my learning

If i stop taking to my friends and do my work. So i dot be the last one to finishing.

sonny bill

Sprinting with the ball sonny bill Williams scored a try. Passing the rugby ball to sonny bill Williams strongly scored a try. Kicking the ball Sonny Bill got it in the goal post.

warriors

Whakaurua kia toa!! Be in to win everyone is a winner in rugby league.

As the Warriors walked onto the field the crowd went wild. It was the day of the grand final game against Manly Sea Eagles. The game was played in Sydney, Australia.

Oh no Manly Sea Eagle got the first try. Running down the sideline, bursting past the opposition Manu scored the first try for the warriors.
I was so disappointed at the warriors because the boy’s didn’t get the first try. Maybe next time Warriors we can win the trophy.

Menu planner

For Breakfast is weet-bix
step 1 get a box of weet- bix and milk an a sugar. Then you get a bowl and spoon. 2 step get 2 3 weet-bix and put it in the bowl and then get 1 spoon of sugar then put it in as wail. 3 step polr in the milk.

for lunch is call savoury vege loaf
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180ºC. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until moist.
Step 2 Press mixture into two greased 21x11cm loaf tins or a square 21cm cake tin. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the centre feels firm when pressed.
Step 3 Cut in slices and serve with brown gravy or mushroom sauce, steamed vegetables and a large green salad. Garnish with chopped parsley.

step 3 for dinner is call fish fillet with crspy potato scallops

Step 1 Preheat oven to 200ºC. Place a sheet of foil on a baking tray and cover with a sheet of baking paper. Put fish on baking paper and spoon over pesto. Wrap and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 2 Meanwhile, very thinly slice potato and place, overlapping slightly, on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Spray with oil and cook under a hot grill for 4 minutes until crisp.

Step 3 Prepare Steam Fresh vegetables following packet directions. Serve immediately with potatoes and fish.

william webb ellis

World’s Greatest Players at rugby school from 1750-1859. They were not allowed to run with the ball and they were allowed hundreds of players. There were major injuries in the game because there were lots of people on the field tackling each other. In 1823 a pupil of the rugby school - William Webb Ellis ran with the ball, which broke the rules. They then decided to change the rules and wrote new ones in 1845.

My New Uniform

The problem is that this month is winter and a jumper is not enough, so we fixed it by using a jacket ,the jacket contains,polyester and a hoddie.


that had chosen this because this month is winter and a jumper is not enough, the hoodie is for us to stay away from rain so it can make our heads warm and comfy.


It makes it better then before because it has a hoodie that keeps your head away from rain and keeps us warmer.

Swimming

Swimming with Room 13 this year helped me to improve my freestyle. Next year I want to learn how to float on my back.

Our Friends from Wake Forest University

At Pt England school we had 1 student she came to room 13 she was our friends and her name was Megan she is from wake forest university in North Carolina USA.

Adding Detail of Sentences

We had to learn to add detail to our sentences and we did some writing. Writing a story about a spaceship is very hard.

Here are the sentences that we wrote.

On Thursday morning room,13 made a Marble run and my team never gave up. My team was Josephine ,Kashya ,aldora and Gloria. I thought that my group was the best group. but it was Jordenne ‘s group but it was fun and it was cool my team look the best but I think we come Second. `

Filled with anticipation, we walked to the pool.When we got there we changed into our togs and then we went for a quick scrub, my shower was really hot and then I went in the pool. we got in the pool and miss king was learn us our swimming learn and we got to have free time and we it was time to go to school and at was HOME TIME TO

straw bridgers

Today me and my friends made a straw bridge and it was very easy for my group because we worked as a team work. We worked really fast because we finished first, then after that we had to pack up for morning tea and it was clean. Miss king was really proud of us because we worked hard. I thought that our group was the best because our group was the bomb.

Tornado

Yesterday afternoon there was a Tornado at 3pm in Albany in north shore it was so powerful that trampolines ended up on the people roofs. The Tornado was making a loud noise like it was exploding.

Straw Towers

On the first day back at school Room 13 got themselves into teams and made straw towers. Our aim was to build the tallest one and my team had good ideas and we had a cool plan. Glee

Last week there was a performance on Friday in assembly there was a ballerina and Lepa’s rap and the music was cool and there was some cool dance moves and there items was good and there had make up on and there was had lunch box heroes

A meteor was seen at 11pm in new Zealand from Auckland to Wellington. Brilliant blue and white lights flashed in the sky. The sonic boom explosion was heard in raglan .
