Menu planner

For Breakfast is weet-bix
step 1 get a box of weet- bix and milk an a sugar. Then you get a bowl and spoon. 2 step get 2 3 weet-bix and put it in the bowl and then get 1 spoon of sugar then put it in as wail. 3 step polr in the milk.
step 2
for lunch is call savoury vege loaf
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180ºC. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until moist.
Step 2 Press mixture into two greased 21x11cm loaf tins or a square 21cm cake tin. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the centre feels firm when pressed.
Step 3 Cut in slices and serve with brown gravy or mushroom sauce, steamed vegetables and a large green salad. Garnish with chopped parsley.

dinner is call fish fillet with crspy potato scallops

Step 1 Preheat oven to 200ºC. Place a sheet of foil on a baking tray and cover with a sheet of baking paper. Put fish on baking paper and spoon over pesto. Wrap and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 2 Meanwhile, very thinly slice potato and place, overlapping slightly, on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Spray with oil and cook under a hot grill for 4 minutes until crisp.

Step 3 Prepare Steam Fresh vegetables following packet directions. Serve immediately with potatoes and fish.
